Yacht Charter Management Program

We are delighted to offer you another service to complement our already-stablished brokerage service: Clearinghouse Management.

Clearinghouse Management Program will manage your boat promotion, bookings reservations, and money. We have put together a great program where the yacht will be handled in a professional manner to ensure piece of mind when you place your yacht for a commercial charters with MCC.

Our clients can now enjoy their time away from the office and focus on their business knowing that we are taking care of all their needs.

OUR CLEARINGHOUSE YACHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The best way to experience the Caribbean is on a luxury yacht.
And MCC is the charter company that can help you do it. We offer a management program that’s flexible and leaves you with a lot of involvement—not present in schemes offered by other well-known companies. We’ve been in business for over 3 years, and are ranked as one of the best charter companies in the Caribbean with a reputation for service and quality.

HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS

At the My Caribbean Charters, we’re proud to say that we have our own booking office located in El Viejo San Juan, PR. In addition to the charters generated by MCC there are many independent brokers who book with us including. Any charters booked by us or one of our agents are subject to a commission of 25%. Any charters booked on your own yacht are non commissionable so long as all paperwork and money collection is handled by the owner.
Every month, the owner of a luxury yacht receives a statement detailing all income and expenses together with a schedule of all advance bookings on their yacht. MCC places no restriction on the amount of time that an owner may use their yacht.

OUR SERVICES

My Caribbean Charters has worked to present a program where your yacht will be promoted and displayed in the most effective manner.   

MCC has the ability to be “powered by” and have your yacht included in the CYA Database engine. Presenting your yacht to the brokers with high-quality e-brochures:

  • Home Page: Summary of the yacht, 9 yacht photos, and an optional logo of the yacht. Clicking each photo that shows an enlarged format where available. If the yacht has a video, it was well showcased on this page
  • More Pictures: Up to 10 more photos. 
  • Crew Profile: Current crew profile in text, one large main crew photo, and up to 10 additional smaller photos that feature along the side. 
  • Specifications: Full technical information, amenities, and toys. 
  • Sample Menu: Sample menu in formatted text, with optional photos. 
  • Guest Comments: Previous guest comments and up to 3 optional pictures for each comment.
  • CYA Online Access and Search/View Yachts

 
MCC will use CYBA (Charter Yacht Brokers Association) agreements for contracts. This E-Contract will meet your needs, as well as those of our Charter Clients, and will save you time and money. Necessity – Clients expect to sign a contract specific to yacht charters and used and recognized throughout the yachting industry instead of an unknown or individually prepared contract.  MCC has implemented bank services only to handle clients’ money. MCC arranges an escrow account for the money and pays it out to the yacht owner at the correct time.
 
MCC provides a complete promotional package broker-friendly: 

  • Website for your yacht, YouTube promotional video, 3D Virtual tour of your boat, mailing list twice a month to our subscribers of more than 500 members, social media post on MCC Facebook page, MCC Facebook groups (with more than 15,000 members combine) and Instagram.

 
Training and assisting crews with the charter. MCC will assist with provisioning and any extra help the crews need to succeed.  

OUR RATES

The cost for the MCC Clearinghouse program started package (includes Online brochure, calendar management, contract-agreements between clients and owners, escrow account and bank fees) is 5% of each charter. Any charter booked directly or indirectly by MCC 15%. 
The additional promotional program, one-time payment, which includes: a promo video on YouTube, a 3D Virtual Tour of your yacht, and a website $800 one time payment.   Monthly administration fee $300
