Croatian Captain Leo Lemesic has great knowledge of the Adriatic coast. Leo is a highly esteemed Croatian sailor who recently completed a five-year circumnavigation of the world and is passionate about his profession and the well-being of his guests aboard ARGO. He has excellent knowledge of Pacific, Atlantic and Indian ocean, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Adriatic sea –great sailing experience. He enjoys diving, dingy sailing, windsurfing and other water sports. With his extensive knowledge fo the Adriatic cost, as well as the rest of the world, guest will have the most amazing experience and discovers all hidden gems around the cost. He truly is passionate and strives to deliver amazing experience to the clients everytime they step pnboard.

Lucijan Slavic

Croatian He is a positive and hardworking individual who adapts easily to all conditions and challenges. Born in Split, Croatia, and currently 34 years old, he is highly flexible and willing to go wherever the job requires. Organized and a strong team player, he brings proven communication and problem-solving skills to every role. His responsibilities have included ISM, ISPS, maintaining up-to-date certifications, and effective communication with management and agents. With excellent tender driving skills, he has extensive experience driving tenders ranging from 7 to 20 meters in length, backed by over two years of experience as a skipper before entering the yachting industry.

Tomislav Stincic

Croatian Tomislav holds a Master of Engineering in Forestry, Nature Conservation, and Environmental Protection. With a background in machinery maintenance, he transitioned into the maritime industry in 2021. Since then, he has provided technical support for S/Y SHARE DREAMS, M/Y GRACE, and M/V ARGO (from her inception). His expertise ensures vessel reliability, efficiency, and top performance.

Josip Bozic

Croatian Josip has extensive experience, working on charter sailboats, cruising ships, and yachts as a deckhand. Proficient in tender driving, watch-standing, crane operations, and vessel maintenance, he also excels in guest services and technical upkeep of onboard systems. Currently pursuing education as a Ship Engineer, he holds multiple maritime certifications and has served as Lead Deckhand on a 48m vessel. Hardworking and detail-oriented, Josip thrives in demanding conditions, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service.

Franka Veza

Croatian Franka is a dedicated professional in luxury tourism and yachting, with a lifelong passion for the sea. Growing up in her family’s hotel in Brist, Croatia, she developed a strong understanding of hospitality, earning a master’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. With six years of experience on prestigious yachts like M/Y Eclipse, S/Y KORU, and M/Y A+, Franka has honed her skills in luxury service, blending professionalism with warmth and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and expanding her knowledge. Franka is also passionate about creating traditional Croatian jewelry, combining craftsmanship with her cultural roots.

Karla Perkovic

Croatian Karla was born in Split, Croatia. Her love for the ocean started at a young age as she lived near the sea all her life. She started working in yachting industry after graduating from high school. Her first job was on a small speedboat in 2019. where she was deckhand/stewardess, and that is how she developed a passion for this job. Every year, Karla strove to improve both, at work and university. She graduated in social work in 2024. During her studies, Karla worked on yachts from 70 to 150 ft along the Adriatic coast. Karla is a very calm person and a lover of nature. Her hobby has been horseback riding since 2005.

Mia Petricevic

Croatian Mia is a Civil Engineering student from Split with a strong passion for navigation and life at sea, especially along the Split-Peljesac route. Growing up in a coastal town and a tourism-focused family, hospitality has been a key part of her life. With 13 years in hospitality, 8 years in yachting, and four seasons as a stewardess and deckhand on mini cruises, she has a broad, creative perspective. Mia knows the southern Adriatic like the back of her hand and ensures smooth, enjoyable journeys for guests. Her cheerful spirit and love for sports, children, and dogs help create unforgettable memories while maintaining a professional yet fun atmosphere.

Marija Popovic

Croatian Marija is very positive, hard working and very organized person. She is a great team player and with great communication skills. She in hospitality industry for almost eleven years. She found her passion in yachting industry two years ago . Her first job at sea was on a cruise ships where she was working in service department for five years. She started her career in yachting as a housekeeping stewardess. Until now Marija was working on three different yachts with proven longevity. She is willing to work and learn new things. Marija speaks English and Russian language.

Croatian Zlatko is from Split, Croatia. He grew up in a seafarer family with boats and sea being a part of his life from the day he was born. He is passionate about boats, sea and fishing. His whole life is around water, including his choice in sports and hobbies such as swimming and water polo. Yachting is something that he faced a few years back and he saw it as a possible career. Now he is part of the Argo crew and he is ready to give his all with a positive attitude, and of course to give all the best effort to ensure the guests are having fun.

Croatian Duje was born in Split, Croatia, a stunning city on the Adriatic coast. Growing up by the sea, he learned to swim before the age of three and spent years as a member of a swimming club. His love for the ocean only grew stronger, leading him to take up diving. His yachting career started early, and it has already taken him to many incredible places. Determined to advance in the industry, he earned his Yachtmaster certification and continues to push forward. Duje is friendly, responsible, and outgoing, always giving his best to every crew member. Outside of yachting, he enjoys tennis, hiking, diving, and even trains kickboxing.
