Captain
He is an economist with over five years of experience in sales, procurement, the restaurant and catering industry, and nautical tourism. He possesses excellent leadership, communication, management, and diplomacy skills. He began his career as a sales representative for promotional products in the creative agency, Leonardo Media. After a few years, he decided to switch from the corporate environment to the operations manager position in a hospitality company. With years of amateur sailing and boating experience in a private capacity, he then transitioned his career in the same direction. He worked as a boat captain and crew member, sailing and transferring boats over the Mediterranean and Adriatic Sea.
Tomo Karakaš
Captain
Tomo graduated from high school as a chef and gained valuable experience aboard various types of ships, as well as in five-star hotels and top-tier restaurants. With a strong passion for cooking, he furthered his education, earning a 5th-degree qualification as a Specialist in Dalmatian Cuisine. For the past 15 years, he has worked as a chef on yachts, bringing his expertise and culinary skills to the high seas. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and fishing, embracing the outdoors whenever possible. Skills/Expertise/Languages: CHEF TOMO - Specialist in Dalmatian cuisine - Passionate about fishing and hiking - Holder of all STCW Advanced First Aid certificates - Fluent in English, Croatian, with conversational proficiency in Italian Personal Interests: Tomo has always had a deep love for the sea. As soon as he finished school, he set out to work on a ship, embarking on his journey alone. Having sailed all over the world, he holds a special place in his heart for his home coast, the Adriatic Sea. The Motivation Behind Profession: Cooking is a true passion for Tomo, and he thrives on the challenge of creating new dishes. He particularly enjoys inventing recipes using fresh fish, especially when he catches it himself, adding a personal touch to every meal.

Stjepan grew up in Split, Croatia, where he developed a natural talent for hospitality. After completing high school, he dedicated himself to building a successful career in the industry. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked in four- and five-star hotels, as well as on various yachts. Stjepan is renowned for his approachable yet professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail. Skills/Expertise/Languages: - Extensive expertise in luxury service and hospitality - In-depth knowledge of local restaurants, harbors, and the surrounding area - Fluent in English When Stjepan isn't providing exceptional service aboard the yacht, he enjoys hiking and exploring the mountain ranges near his hometown. An avid reader, he also loves to jog to stay active. In addition, Stjepan has a passion for driving, particularly when it involves traveling and discovering new places. The Motivation behind Profession: Stjepan finds great joy in curating unique experiences to share with guests. Whether it's crafting a cozy, inviting atmosphere or delivering unforgettable dining experiences, Stjepan takes pride in making each yachting journey truly one-of-a-kind.
