With over 15,000 nautical miles logged, Captain Will brings calm confidence and deep technical expertise to every charter. His career spans charter operations, ocean deliveries, yacht refits, and hands-on technical management. Beyond his qualifications, he is known for creating itineraries that balance adventure with hidden-gem anchorages and for maintaining yachts to the highest standard.
A RYA Yachtmaster Offshore currently pursuing his Yachtmaster Ocean certification, Will also holds qualifications as a PADI diver, RYA dinghy instructor, and kitesurfing instructor. Guests highlight his professionalism and warmth, noting his ability to make them feel at ease whether leading a snorkeling trip, introducing watersports, or sharing a sunset toast. His leadership ensures every journey aboard Semper Fidelis is smooth, safe, and memorable.
Chef Milou Van Melick
Born in the Netherlands and trained across Europe and Australia, Chef Milou brings creativity, freshness, and artistry to the table. Her menus blend Mediterranean elegance with Caribbean flavors, always tailored to the preferences of each guest.
From plant-based creations to indulgent seafood feasts, Milou designs meals that are as visually striking as they are flavorful. Guests consistently praise her ability to turn dining into a highlight of the voyage—whether it’s a sunrise breakfast on deck, a beachside picnic, or an elegant dinner under the stars. Her energy, optimism, and culinary skill ensure that every meal is an experience in itself.

From $56,000 per week depending on the number of guests and the time of year
Additional Rate Details
- Minimum 5-nights, inquire for less;
- - For 6-night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights;
- - For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights;
- SLEEP ABOARD: 50% of the daily rate. Boarding from 4 PM. Guests to dine off the yacht that evening.
- HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense. Discount of $150 per person off the 7 night rate.
- LOCAL FARE: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense. Discount of $75 per person off the 7 night rate.
- CHRISTMAS: - Rate $70,000 - Must end no later than 27 December - Minimum 7-nights
- NEW YEARS: - Rate $70,000 - Must start no earlier than 28 December - Minimum 7-nights
